Job Title: Senior Utility Surveyor

Location: Northwest

Role Overview:

Were looking for a Senior Utility Surveyor to join our team in the Northwest. Youll work on diverse projects mostly in the Northwest with occasional travel. We need someone resourceful and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Position details:

• Salary: 26000 to 30000 (DOE)
• Pension scheme company vehicle mobile phone training opportunities holiday pay and sick pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct utility and topographic surveys using robotic stations and GNSS receivers.
• Analyse and process survey data including using GPR and survey software like N4CE or SCC.
• Prepare drawings with experience in AutoCAD being advantageous.
• Ensure high accuracy and quality in survey results.

Essential Qualifications:

• 24 years of experience in utility surveying.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles service clearance and utility mapping with EML and GPR.
• Proficient in survey software (N4CE SCC) and familiar with Ordnance Survey mapping.
• CSCS card and full UK driving license.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with GPR processing software (Mala Object Mapper) and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D and 3D visualization tools (3DS Max SketchUp).
