Skills & experience needed:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in HR processes or working knowledge of Recruiting process.
- Handson experience with HR systems preferably with implementing or working with recruiting software like Smart Recruiters.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate training sessions.
- Ability to travel to onboarding and if the need arises to the office in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements: Work with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirements related to the implementation of Smart Recruiters.
- Process analysis and optimization: Analyze current HR and recruiting processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficient workflow integration.
- Project support: Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase including troubleshooting issues coordinating with IT and other departments and ensuring timelines are met.
