Designer

Our residential basement renovation client is a fastgrowing renovations startup that provides basement finishing solutions throughout GTA. They are looking for a detail oriented Designer to join their team!

This position offers a generous Base Commission with the opportunity to hit above $100k within your first year uncapped!

Responsibilities:

• Understand and outline client design objectives.

• Site visits to do measurement.

• Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

• Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.

• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.

• Source materials and products included in plans.

• Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

• Utilize computer applications in the design process.

• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

• Coordinate trades at site work

• Assorted administrative duties including answering incoming calls

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience technical design of basements or main floor layouts
• Experience in a renovation company or similar environment ideal
• Proficient technical experience with AutoCAD Revit Sketchup or similar software
• Project Portfolio (preferred)

Location: Onsite with clients & inOffice (Concord ON)
