Job Vacancy: Operations Manager Motorcycle Dealership
Location: Medan
About Us:
Our client is a leading motorcycle dealership committed to providing topnotch service and highquality products to our customers. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join their team and oversee the daily operations of our dealership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience preferably in the automotive or motorcycle dealership industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and reports and make informed decisions.
- Experience in inventory management and business operations.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and MS Office.
- Willing to work at Medan North Sumatra
- Mandatory to speak Hokkien
