Role Requirement :
An HR Manager will be pivotal in managing and overseeing various aspects of an organizations human resources department. The responsibilities will span across recruitment employee relations and administrative functions.
Recruitment and Hiring:
Identify and recruit qualified candidates for different roles within the organization.
Collaborate with department managers during the hiring process.
Draft employee contracts before onboarding new hires.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: (an agency is helping us with the Payroll)
Manage payroll to ensure employees receive their pay accurately and on time.
Administer employee benefits such as health insurance etc.
Employee Development and Training:
Identify areas where employees can improve and create training strategies.
Organize and facilitate training and development activities.
Employee Safety and Wellness:
Oversee employee safety within the organization.
Monitor employee wellness and wellbeing.
Performance Management:
Conduct periodic performance appraisals.
Facilitate promotions within departments.
Policy Adherence and Legal Compliance:
Advise managers on employment policies.
Ensure that department leaders adhere to employment laws and regulations.
Employee Communication and Engagement:
Drive employee engagement initiatives.
Have employee communication forums.
Administer a strong Rewards & Recognition program.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a link between management and employees.
Provide counseling support to employees when needed.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will be an MBA HR with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
