Job Description
Handyperson
Location: Rancho Santa Margarita CA
Pay Rate: $20$30/hr (DOE)
We are looking for a project base handy person to work for an International Energy Technology Company located in Rancho Santa Margarita CA.
The person will be working onsite at the Companys facility and will be responsible for miscellaneous handy person job around the manufacturing facility. Some of the tasks included but aren t limited to are:
- Entrance Cleaning spraying washing of the front entrance
- Fire Extinguisher Installation 6 Installations
- Warehouse Shower FRP Backspace Installation for emergency showers
- Furniture Assembly Setup furniture and TV/wall mount in meeting room downstairs and furniture in the kitchen
- Warehouse Fencing Layout/Setup Measure and layout 156 LF of panel fencing
- Installation of Baseboards throughout Warehouse
- Racking Installation in warehouse
- Office Desk Setup upstairs 4 installations
- Hang photo frames on office walls
- Replace Bathroom Light Ballast to function properly in Men and Womens Restroom
- Setup/Build office desk chairs
- Depending on experience: Breakroom Kitchen Counter Refurbish
