Job Title: Test Automation Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing automated test frameworks for web applications with a strong understanding of Test Automation Frameworks and Java coding using Selenium. This role involves designing developing and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch following best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Framework Development:
  • Design develop and maintain an automation framework from scratch using best practices.
  • Develop and implement automated test frameworks for our web applications.
  • Ensure the robustness and reliability of the automation framework.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in Java coding with Selenium.
  • Handson experience with TestNG Page Object Model (POM) BDD Cucumber automation using Java Selenium and Rest Assured.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• CICD Pipeline:
  • Build and maintain CICD pipelines using GitLab Jenkins or Maven.
  • Integrate automated tests into the CICD pipeline to ensure continuous testing.
• Agile and Functional Testing:
  • Work in an Agile environment participating in sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure the quality of the applications.
• Communication and Reporting:
  • Possess excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Provide status reports and updates to clients and stakeholders.

Additional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Unix.
• Experience in API testing and integration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Certification in Agile Test Automation or relevant technologies is a plus.
