Position: Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat channels
- Assist customers with inquiries concerns and technical issues
- Troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
