Our client is a global technology and business process services company looking to hire Presales Head for Capital Markets Vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the presales function for the capital markets sector developing and presenting customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand client needs and craft comprehensive IT and BPO service solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals responses to RFIs/RFPs and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Engage with clients throughout the sales process conducting presentations demos and workshops to showcase our capabilities.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and positioning strategies.
- Work closely with sales delivery and practice teams to ensure alignment and coherence in service offerings.
- Develop sales tools collateral and training programs to enable the sales team and enhance their effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
- Track presales activities outcomes and metrics providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the capital markets industry with at least 5 years in a presales or solution architect role.
- Strong technical background in IT and BPO services with the ability to design and articulate complex solutions.
- Exceptional presentation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to understand client needs craft compelling solutions and drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to conduct detailed market and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative crossfunctional team environment.
