Solar DCDachdecker - Trainer Quality Control Lead

Tasks

• Lead the training and development of new solar DCinstallers
• Review completed Solar DC installations for quality assurance
• Participate in the development of training materials and curriculum
• Deliver instructions/ teach new solar DCinstallers skills both in a physical academy as well as onthejob
• Provide technical feedback to our DCinstallers and assure quality maintenance of projects
• Conduct select solar DC installations as a Vorarbeiter

Requirements

• 5 years of work experience as a roofer/Dachdecker with significant experience in PV
• Ideally successfully completed Ausbildung zum Dachdecker or preferably Dachdeckermeister
• Excitement about working with new solarDC trainees
• Passion for education and workforce development and bringing in new talent into the climate trades
• B2 German skills
• B2/C1 English skills
