Job Description

Enterprise Bot is a dynamic scaleup founded in 2017. We support major companies such as SIX Group (Swiss Stock Exchange) SWICA Generali and others in enhancing their customer interactions and automating processes using our Conversational AI technology.

Globally our team consists of over 60 highly motivated employees from various nations and cultures. Our Zurich office has a familial collegial atmosphere in a small team of about 10 people.

Tasks

As a SolutionOriented Sales Engineer your main objective is to drive the sales process by swiftly comprehending and delivering captivating demos and solutions that directly address the specific requirements of potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to deeply understand customer needs and rapidly translate them into customized actionable solutions. Through handson demonstrations of our products or services you will effectively showcase their ability to meet and surpass these needs. Your emphasis on solutionbased selling will play a crucial role in closing deals and driving revenue growth as you effectively communicate the unique value proposition our offerings bring to the forefront.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in active discussions with potential customers to understand their technical requirements challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored presentations proposals and demonstrations that showcase our products or services as the ideal solution for customer needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations both remotely and onsite to highlight the features capabilities and benefits of our offerings.
  • Craft and present technical proposals including architecture diagrams and responses to customers requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Perform indepth technical evaluations and proofofconcepts to validate the feasibility and suitability of our solutions in customer environments.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation such as solution architectures integration guides and FAQs to support the sales process.
  • Stay current with industry advancements competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively position our products or services against competitors.
  • Participate in industry events trade shows and conferences to showcase our solutions and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with postsales teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation providing any necessary handover and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Computer Science Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native or highlevel proficiency in SwissGerman/German and English is a must
  • Strong technical background and interest in conversational AI natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML).
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software products solutions and architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively to address customer challenges.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within crossfunctional teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.
