Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making within P&T.

Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to optimize product performance and user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of product enhancements.

Assist product teams in transitioning towards self-service analytics, enabling them to leverage data independently for decision-making. In contrast, the analytics team focuses on advanced analytics, forecasting, A/B testing, and other strategic initiatives.

Work directly with decision-makers and product team directors to understand their analytical needs, provide guidance, and deliver actionable insights.

Create KPIs from scratch for product teams, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring measurable success metrics.

Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure data integrity, implement tracking solutions, and optimize data pipelines for efficient analysis.
