Machinist

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Plans machining by studying work orders blueprints material and fixtures.
• Setting up and installing tools and attachments.
• Manual programming and program editing.
• Fixtures design and modifications.
• Prove machining of new components.

Experience & Qualification:

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in CNC VMC operator CNC 5axis or 4axis HMC machining experience
• ITI/Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Production or in any related discipline
• Experience on machines like: DMG125 5axis MillTurn DBC130 Horizontal Borer WFL 5axis TurnMill DANOBAT 5axis TurnMill.
