Software Architect

Job Title: Software DeveloperMiddleware Tech

Location: Frankfurt Germany

Duration: Permanent

Working Mode: Remote with occasional travel to office location.

Language: German B2 level & English

Services Required:

Software Development:

o Design code test and maintain software applications as per client specifications.

o Participate in planning designing and implementing software projects.

o Develop clean efficient and welldocumented code using appropriate software development practices and standards.

o Create technical service descriptions (FSB) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

o Prepare decision templates on technical topics and present them.

Testing and Debugging:

o Develop test cases based on technical service descriptions.

o Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet specified quality standards.

o Document tests especially errors and conduct analysis with subsequent documentation in Jira.

o Coordinate test activities with designated test engineers if necessary.

o Hand over to Integration Acceptance Testing (IAT) and ensure quality control.

Collaboration and Communication:

o Work closely with project managers designers and other developers to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

o Attend relevant technical meetings and provide regular updates.

o Participate in code reviews provide constructive feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Technical Requirements:

Experience:

o Software Development: At least 5 years of current knowledge and practical experience in the application of middleware technologies (e.g. Apache Camel Spring Boot).

o Asynchronous Messaging Technologies: At least 5 years of experience with technologies like Apache ActiveMQ Apache Kafka etc.

o Network Protocol Technologies: Proven experience with REST SOAP XMLSchema WSDL OpenAPI.

o Software Testing: Extensive experience with testing frameworks like JUnit Integration Tests and Spring Tests.

o CI/CD Tools: Experience with tools such as Kubernetes GitLab Runner ReadyAPI SOAPUI ALM TMT.

o Software Architecture: Knowledge of software architecture and microservices design and development.

Skills:

o ProblemSolving: Several years of experience in analyzing new and complex problem situations with the ability to derive and evaluate options for action.

o Communication and Presentation: Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively and to present them to project participants and stakeholders.

o Team Collaboration: Proven experience working in collaborative team environments providing feedback and contributing to project success.
