Job Description
Job Title: Program Manager/Senior Project Manager
Location: Frankfurt Germany
Duration: 612 months FTC
Working Mode: Remote with occasional travel
Language: German Language
Context:
The project involves modernizing various systems used for scheduling across regional operations centers and the client’s network control center. This funding project has a developmental character and combines agile and traditional project management methodologies including SAFe approaches.
Services Required:
Project Management:
o Plan control and implement the project at the tactical level.
o Ensure the fulfillment of deadlines budget content and quality requirements.
o Develop and implement strategies for a successful transition of the program into regular operation.
Coordination and Communication:
o Coordinate several agile clusters to prepare and meet the golive date.
o Manage solutionoriented conflict resolution and communication with stakeholders.
o Prepare and create content for status reports templates and analyses for internal meetings at top management levels.
o Maintain communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
Technical Requirements:
Experience:
o Industry Experience: At least 15 years of proven experience in the transportation or infrastructure industry.
o Project/Program Management: At least 20 years of professional experience with significant experience leading large project teams in complex corporate structures.
o Agile Projects: At least 5 years of experience in agile project management roles such as an agile coach or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
o Technical Infrastructure Development: Proven experience in developing technical infrastructure.
o Software Development: Experience in the development of software systems.
Skills and Certifications:
o Agile Program Management: Certifications in agile program management (e.g. SAFe RTE).
o Project Management Tools: Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project.
o Agile Methods: Very good knowledge (at least 10 years) of agile methods business process analysis and design thinking.
o Communication Tools: Experience with tools like Jira Confluence and SharePoint.
