ServiceNow ITOM Specialist
Technical Skills:
- Experience: At least 5 years with ServiceNow ITOM especially CMDB and Discovery.
- Service Mapping: Experience with creating 400 application service maps.
- Tech Skills: Basic cloud and Windows/Unix admin knowledge infrastructure setup network IP monitoring tools and custom reporting.
- Integration: Skills in using REST API or SOAP.
- Certification: Must be a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
- Methodology: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
- Standards: Basic ITIL knowledge and understanding of SDLC.
