Job Description
ServiceNow ITOM Specialist
Technical Skills:
- Experience: At least 5 years with ServiceNow ITOM especially CMDB and Discovery.
- Service Mapping: Experience with creating 400 application service maps.
- Tech Skills: Basic cloud and Windows/Unix admin knowledge infrastructure setup network IP monitoring tools and custom reporting.
- Integration: Skills in using REST API or SOAP.
- Certification: Must be a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
- Methodology: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
- Standards: Basic ITIL knowledge and understanding of SDLC.

Must-Have Strong Test Automation skills, Good Knowledge on testing concepts Preparation of Test plans, Write Test Cases ,Test summary report Defect Management Able to derive test cases from Requirements Knowledge on handling multiple test environments Good Knowledge on Selenium Able to adopt already created framework Good Knowledge on ALM /Jira Knowledge on Gitlab desirable Self Driven and willing to learn Able to communicate on the specific needs of testing and able to perform Regression Testing
