Your role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities and setting the stage for meaningful partnerships. Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound calls to potential clients introducing our comprehensive drug testing services
- Set quality appointments for indepth discussions with promising leads
- Identify and qualify new business prospects through strategic coldcalling
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Hit or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set
- Collaborate closely with the sales team ensuring smooth handover of qualified leads
- Navigate objections skillfully turning challenges into opportunities
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a talent for building rapport quickly
- Proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems Salesforce experience a plus
