As a Data Entry Specialist you ll play a crucial role in transforming raw energy audit data into actionable insights. You ll work with cuttingedge industryspecific software to process detailed home assessments directly contributing to energysaving recommendations for clients. This position offers a unique blend of techsavvy work and environmental impact perfect for detailoriented individuals passionate about sustainability. You ll be part of a dynamic team handling up to 15 assessments weekly each presenting its own set of challenges and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Input comprehensive energy audit data into specialized reporting software with high accuracy
  
• Process up to 15 detailed home energy assessments per week
  
• Complete each report entry efficiently typically within 3060 minutes
  
• Identify and flag any data inconsistencies or unclear information for the audit team
  
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and audit results
  
• Adapt to evolving processes and potential software updates
  
• Collaborate with the audit team to clarify data points and ensure report quality
  

Requirements

• Sharp eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy
  
• Proficiency with computers and aptitude for learning specialized software quickly
  
• Excellent typing speed and precision
  
• Basic understanding of energy efficiency concepts (preferred not mandatory)
  
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet weekly processing targets
