Job Description

As a Paraplanner you will be pivotal in delivering and maintaining efficiencies within the Financial Planning team by handling a range of administrative functions and addressing client service needs. Your responsibilities will include preparing Financial Plan/Statement of Advice documents which encompass technical graphs projections client information strategy details and costs.

Schedule: Day Shift Mon Fri 05:00 AM 02:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite Makati
Salary: PHP 50000 to 70000

DaytoDay Duties: Your Role in Financial Excellence

  • Prepare Financial Plan/Statement of Advice documents including technical graphs projections client information strategy details and costs.
  • Research technical strategies and products.
  • Prepare investment and insurance application forms.
  • Prepare review documentation for existing clients.
  • Write and send business correspondence to clients.

Requirements

Paraplanner Prerequisites: Skills for Success

  • Graduate of any bachelor s degree.
  • Diploma in Financial Planning (RG 146 certified).
  • Experience using XPLAN software.
  • High attention to detail flexible and resultsdriven.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
  • Proficient with Outlook and MS Office software.
