Job Description
Ticket Clerk
Conduct ticket sales in person and through the company s app or website.
Ensure scheduling tracking of goods correspond with tickets solds.
Maintain accurate records of ticket sales bookings and customer information.
Generates Reports as required.
Process Transactions accurately and effectively.
Effective and efficient customer service.
Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education an asset.
2. 12 years of experience in ticket sales customer service or logistics.
3. Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment handling multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Basic computer skills.
6. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
