Job Description
Im recruiting for a growing financial services firm (RIA) who is looking to expand their existing team of experienced Financial Advisors.
My client is aggressively expanding across the U.S. and this role is 100% remote. They are based in Bountiful UT.

- They have $2.5B of AUM with a target of $25B by 2027. Their goal is to go public and to have as many advisor/equity owners as possible.
- Having existing AUM is not a requirement to be considered but wanting to grow and contribute to a dynamic team is.
- They are looking for advisors who want to grow as well. Many advisors with significant books of business have more than doubled their AUM in the last 12 months with the average increasing by 35% or more.
- This is a 1099 position and there is no base salary. They are ideally looking for those with entrepreneurial mindsets that can help them scale and serve more people. There is potential transition money depending on the size of your book and AUM.
My personal experience with them is that they have a great culture awesome leadership and aggressive plans for immediate and future growth.
Requirements
Ideally they are looking for someone with experience as a Financial Advisor.
Someone who is used to prospecting and networking and generating their own business.
You would need some financial licenses that you could obtain after being hired if you dont have them currently or they expired.
Benefits
This a fulltime 1099 role with a very generous commission plan with no cap!!
