Junior Accounts Executive

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions including data entry invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
  
• Prepare and process journal entries for various accounts.
  
• Reconcile bank statements and other general ledger accounts.
  
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
  
• Support monthend and yearend closing processes.
  
• Perform basic account analysis and research as needed.
  
• Assist with special projects and adhoc reporting.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• 02 years of experience in accounting.
  
• Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.
  
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related major or equivalent experience.
  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
  
• Eagerness to learn and develop accounting skills.
  
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
