Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily local support (technical & functional . module) to Key Users within Business Foundations team for LE domain and partially SD or MM domain
- In the framework of releases participate in regional enhancements analysis test data creation testing and implementation. Support Key Users testing
- Act as facilitator to optimize interaction between Regional Business and the Global Level 3 members
Daily Local Support:
- Solving tracking and reporting issues by communicating with Keyusers and Global SAP team on the following domains : SAP LE
- Monitoring support SLA and submit management reports regularly
SAP Release Support:
- Supporting and coordinating KeyUsers tests and procedure/manual updates during the urgent or regular SAP releases
- Prepare test data for user test
- Coordination of the nonregression testing
- Support the maintenance of documentation
- Support other teams on LE processing
Coordination between Global and Local:
- Following up incident resolution and releases
- Support the business in communicating with Global team
Requirements
- 5 years SAP experience / full SAP cycle implementation / international experience
- Hands on experience in SAP LE as keyuser or consultant (must) / Working knowledge of integration points between LE and SD MM
- SAP LE (WM or eWM Serial number batch management Inventory management Message conditions transportation management)
- Integration SAP SD/ MM authorization job monitoring Idoc monitoring
