generating new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential customers.
This role involves proactive outreach primarily through cold calling emailing and social selling
to introduce our products and services. You will qualify potential customers and set up
appointments for the sales representatives to close the deals. Success in this role is measured
by your ability to generate a set number of qualified appointments each week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Generation/Cold Calls:
Conduct research to identify potential prospects and target new sales
opportunities.
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects.
Engage in cold calling emailing and social selling to introduce products/services
and qualify leads.
Set up qualified appointments for sales representatives with a goal of 8
appointments per week.
2. Meeting Lead Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed the weekly goal of setting 8 qualified appointments.
Ensure that all appointments are with real viable leads who have shown genuine
interest.
Record all activities and progress in the CRM system.
3. Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless handoff of qualified
leads.
Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with current
campaigns and initiatives.
Report weekly/monthly on the status of lead generation activities including
successes challenges and potential areas for improvement.
EXAMPLES OF MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate leads by identifying and establishing contact with potential clients.
Participate in daily checkins with the AAA Sales Manager to discuss open projects and
tasks.
Meet or exceed the goal of 8 qualified appointments per week.
Respond promptly and professionally to any inquiries from potential leads.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions with potential customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to ensure a smooth transition to the
sales team.
Requirements
2 years of sales experience preferably in outbound or cold calling roles.
Experience using a CRM system.
Proven ability to meet sales objectives and set appointments.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to build rapport with
clients and team members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Strong selfdiscipline and time management skills to stay on top of tasks and
consistently meet deadlines/quotas.
