Position Title: Australian RPL RTO Assessment Coordinator(Australian Recognition of Prior Learning or Registered Training Organisation)
Work Setup: Work from Home
Salary: Php 25000.00 Php 40000.00
Schedule: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN AUSTRALIAN RPL RTO ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities as an Australian RPL RTO Assessment Coordinator:
Assist the RPL manager in managing and maintaining HR matrix mapping of all assessors.
Conduct validation of all assessment tools to ensure they are compliant with the unit of competency packaging rules
Consider all the collected assessment documents and student evidence to validate the assessment tools practices and the assessors judgements.
Assist the RPL manager to develop and implement action plans to address identified areas for improvement.
Assist the RPL Manager in daytoday RPL assessment operations.
Record the outcomes of the assessment validation and if applicable any recommendations for future improvements to the assessment tools practices and/or outcomes in the Assessment Validation Report templates.
Prepare Prevalidation and Validation of Assessment Judgement reports
Qualifications as an Australian RPL RTO Assessment Coordinator:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High energy and dedication levels
Excellent relationship management and retention skills
Strong troubleshooting and process improvement skills
Good analytical skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for team collaboration
A high level of maturity and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
Advanced technical skills including MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Office365)
Superior attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and flexible; can effectively deal with changing priorities
Can problemsolve gather and analyse relevant information and make sound
recommendations
At least High School Graduate college graduate is preferred.
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
Advanced skills in creating Word document templates.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Above average English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience in an international organisation is an advantage
