Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email, online chat, or social media.
- Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Researching required information using available resources, keeping up to date on all products, and informing customers of new products.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.
