Job Description

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Specialized certifications in technical support or information technology are a plus.
Technical Skills:

Familiarity with IT fundamentals, including operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software issues.
Technical Support:

Skills in providing technical support to users, including installing and configuring software, and troubleshooting.
Ability to use support tools such as a ticketing system (such as ServiceNow or Zendesk) to track and resolve issues.
