In this dynamic role youll collaborate closely with teams from sourcing logistics marketing and sales to optimize inventory levels and enhance customer satisfaction. Its a vital position with a significant impact on all areas of our business.

Tasks

• Lead and autonomously manage demand planning across various EU countries
• Build inventory strategy successfully monitor inventory levels and achieve high service levels to win customer loyalty
• Own purchasing and replenishment domain for all ingredients of assigned products
• Collaborate on market expansion projects to successfully support company growth
• Drive waste management and enable sustainable supply chain performance
• Manage continuous improvement projects to improve processes to reduce errors & costs
• Develop demand planning KPIs and enable effective dashboards to derive informed planning decisions

Requirements

• Established experience in a procurement organization preferably in food industry (dairy as a plus)
• Proficient understanding of procurement and company balance sheets
• Solid knowledge of packaging and food raw material sustainability including certification schemes (i.e. RSPO RainForest Alliance EU Organic etc)
• Excellent negotiation vendor management and project management skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
• Analytical and customeroriented mindset with outstanding communication skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (C2) and German (C1) is a plus
