The Data & Analytics team comprising around 200 international experts and consultants is crucial in shaping the future direction of the group.

Tasks

Role Summary: We are seeking a data professional with international and initial leadership experience. You will lead an interdisciplinary team of 810 members plus external experts to design develop roll out and maintain data analytics and AI products across one of our core domains domains such as supply chain management purchasing logistics finance and customer insights. Your work will support the business in making better decisions and crafting datadriven strategies.

Primary Responsibilities: In this role you will:

• Lead your team along agile principles and foster personal development.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other team leaders to improve team performance.
• Hold endtoend accountability for specific use cases from initial vision to continuous improvement aligned with valuedriven Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Support projects in roles such as Data Scientist Data Engineer Product Owner Frontend Specialist or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Innovate using advanced techniques and tools to discover new solutions.

Requirements

Your Profile: You should bring:

• A degree in an ITrelated field
• Extensive experience in one of the specified roles
• Relevant project management experience in data & analytics with a proven track record of leading teams
• Handson experience in an agile work environment
• Strong communication skills teamwork assertiveness and enthusiasm
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
