Experience in sales support or coordination proficiency in CRM software and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in daily operations and client management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations proposals and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to provide insights.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of finance and financial markets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Detailoriented with a problemsolving mindset.
Location
This is a fulltime intern based in Modena Italy. During the onboarding period you will be required to work onsite at our office. Afterwards a flexible schedule may be arranged based on your ability to work independently.
