About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated handson Senior Sales Executive with a proven track recordof executing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing. This role demands a doer whothrives on making things happen quickly and efficiently while mastering the art of guidingcomplex deals to closure. You will play a key role in driving sales within our Merchants &Distributors business unit helping us grow our presence in critical regions such as Italy and Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Closing: Own the entire sales process from identifying leads to closinghighvalue complex deals. Youll be responsible for finding new business opportunitiesmanaging long sales cycles and bringing deals to a successful conclusion.
- HandsOn Execution: Take charge of execution with a get things done attitude ensuringall activitiesfrom prospecting to contract signingare carried out with precision andspeed.
- Market Penetration: Focus on target markets particularly in Italy and Poland developingstrategies and leveraging your network to build strong immediate impact.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise to clients on payment solutions
including POS systems acquiring and payment acceptance.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align offerings withcustomer needs while managing complex negotiations and multistakeholder deals.
- Pipeline Management: Keep an organized and clean sales pipeline consistently forecastingperformance and tracking key milestones throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
Technical and Sales Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales full stack from prospecting to closing.
- Experience in selling BtoB SaaS selling complex solution.
- Proven ability to manage and close complex highvalue deals often involving multipledecisionmakers.
- Mastery of structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC) and a track record in closingdeals worth six figures or more.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Payment Solutions
- Strong expertise in the payment solutions industry particularly in acquiring paymentacceptance and POS systems.
- Extensive network of contacts with big merchants and distributors
Experience in retail distribution is a strong plus
Soft Skills:
- A true doer: proactive curious resilient and entrepreneurial Fully autonomous with a bias towardaction and execution.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages (such as Italian or Polish) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure adapt quickly and execute with speed and precision in a fastmoving environment.
