We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Engineer to oversee the maintenance repair and improvement of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage and optimize building systems.
Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Oversee the daytoday operations of the facility including HVAC plumbing electrical and fire safety systems.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program. Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
- Energy Management: Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs. Implement energysaving measures.
- Project Management: Manage facility improvement projects including renovations expansions and equipment upgrades.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage the facilities budget.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety health and environmental regulations.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage facilities maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Civil) or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment.
- Proficiency in facility management software.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
