Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Engineer to oversee the maintenance repair and improvement of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage and optimize building systems.

Responsibilities:

• Facilities Management: Oversee the daytoday operations of the facility including HVAC plumbing electrical and fire safety systems.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program. Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
• Energy Management: Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs. Implement energysaving measures.
• Project Management: Manage facility improvement projects including renovations expansions and equipment upgrades.
• Budgeting: Develop and manage the facilities budget.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety health and environmental regulations.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage facilities maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Civil) or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment.
• Proficiency in facility management software.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
