Monitoring Evaluation and Learning MEL Assistant Jordan Youth Grow Activity

The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Assistant will play an essential role in implementing an effective monitoring, evaluation, and learning system. The MEL Assistant will support in setting up MEL data collection and reporting mechanisms, ensuring compliance with project agreements, and generating insightful reports on program achievements. Reporting directly to the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, the MEL Assistant will collaborate closely with project team members to ensure proper utilization of the MEL system and achieve the Activity objectives. Qualifications include experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
