We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management bookkeeping and reporting with the ability to provide valuable insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and Payroll
• Oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting processes
• Develop a deep understanding of the business and its connection to the general ledger (GL)
• Produce ad hoc management accounting reports and pro forma Profit and Loss statements (PnLs) for potential products
• Ensure effective integration of inventory ecommerce and payment systems with the GL
• Perform monthly book closings and provide ongoing insights into company PnL
• Manage the companys relationship with external tax partners
• Lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA preferred
• Deep expertise with Excel or Google Sheets particularly in data reconciliation
• Familiarity with the US tax system and reporting deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong grasp of US GAAP or IFRS accounting practices
• Proven ability to close books monthly and provide financial insights
• Experience in process improvement and implementing efficiency measures
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Needs to align with Central Time hours
