Due to our rapid growth we are expanding our sales team in Pune India.

About You

You are a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of electronic components. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build rapport with customers and help close deals. You are a team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. You are fluent in English and Hindi both written and verbal.

Top 5 Objectives

  1. Generate Qualified Leads: Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels including calls emails and online tools.
  2. Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for computer hardware and electronic components.
  4. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service addressing inquiries promptly and accurately and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (marketing product management customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Qualify leads and assess their needs and requirements.
  • Present product information and technical specifications to potential customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide postsales support and address customer concerns.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends competitor activities and new product releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 13 years of experience in inside sales telemarketing or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and electronic components is a plus.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
