Job Title: Executive Assistant LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 08:00 AM 07:00 PM EST

Client Overview:

Job Overview:

As an Executive Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO by managing key administrative functions and ensuring efficient operations. You will be expected to handle multiple tasks swiftly and accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize executive emails and calendar schedules.
  • Take ownership of key administrative tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with both professional and personal tasks providing highly flexible availability as needed.
  • Handle multitasking efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and adherence to processes.
  • Provide support with organizational tasks.
  • Manage and prioritize shortterm tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Utilize various tech tools and platforms to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.

Job Qualifications & Skill Sets:

  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent email and calendar management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced work environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks.
  • Experience with a variety of tech tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage shortterm tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
  • Ability to be available and responsive outside of work hours for urgent tasks.
  • Proven ability to handle personal tasks and maintain confidentiality.
