Food Testing/Documentation Analyst Onsite in Atlanta
Job Overview: Stratfield is seeking a Testing and Documentation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Science industry and will be responsible for testing and documenting processes.
(This is a 12month contract position that will be onsite. Sponsorship is not available for this position.)
Responsibilities:
- Acts as Testing and Documentation SME on projects providing input attending meetings and providing status updates.
- Leads testing executing specification development packaging design equipment validation and sensory testing.
- Converts food and beverage items into industrial methods and maintains documentation.
- Supports training by providing info leading demos reviewing materials and coordinating end product characteristics.
- Ensures quality requirements for items documenting data and providing cost control and nutrition info.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Nutrition or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in Lab Testing and Documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong crossfunctional communication skills.
