Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer in Zrich is now hiring a Kitchen Line Assistant/Dishwasher. We are looking for individuals passionate about food serving awardwinning burgers and hospitality interested in working as part of a team gaining experience in a busy professional kitchen and desirous of growth and advancement.

Tasks

• Dishwashers duties include removing soiled plates and flatware from tables and washing them thoroughly.
• They will also restock items unload delivery trucks help prepare cook stations clean appliances and machines empty and clean trash receptacles and other duties as needed.
• Note that this role requires working in shifts and occasionally during evenings or weekends.
• Ultimately youll help provide an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

• An understanding of various cooking methods including cooking meats to temperature doneness ingredients equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with the industrys best practice
