- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements
- Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Ensure that business requirements are aligned with project objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices in business analysis
- Conduct quality assurance activities, including reviewing and validating business requirements
