Job Description

This position is only for holders of EU passport or persons with valid residency (work authorisation) in Denmark. Work permit will not be sponsored for this position.

Are you a passionate cook who takes pride in the magic created in the kitchen Are you experienced in cooking regional cuisines of India and want to try your skill in professional kitchen setup


Tandoori Twist with the vision of providing authentic Indian cuisine in Denmark is providing opportunities for expert cooks in Indian regional cuisines who may or may not have tried their hands in professional kitchen setup but are interested to do so. The job is parttime (and may become fulltime depending on your experience and availability).

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include studying recipes setting up menus.

Prepare and cook highquality authentic full course meals and individual dishes and foods.

Control food wastage without compromising on food quality.

Ensure hygiene and cleanliness at all the times.

Requirements

Experience

At least 45 years of handson experience in cooking Indian regional cuisine is required.

Can work independently with minimum supervision and can produce high quality (flavour taste texture) food on consistent basis

Ability to ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions

Can work with minimal supervision
