What you will be doing: Dietitian

• Providing quality clinical nutrition services
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health team to promote wellness maintain current health and/or intervene in acute or chronic illness
• Providing medical nutrition therapy for all patients in accordance with providers orders as well as hospital and Clinical Nutrition Department policies
• Performing assessments on all patients identified to be at nutrition risk per established policies and procedures
• Providing nutrition education as identified
• Providing support to the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department Teams

Experience you will need: Dietitian

• Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Masters degree
• Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
• One year of experience
• Master of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field
• Completion of Dietetic internship
• Successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN)
• Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN)
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
