Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Chemical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, Operations or R&D, with preference given to those with experience in a chemical plant manufacturing environment
Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes & plant operations, fundamental engineering & chemistry principles, technical resource for plants, EHS standards, business & financial principles
Proficient in data analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and statistics, with the ability to draw conclusions
