Data quality assurance: Monitoring data quality throughout its lifecycle, including standards, audits and cleansing.
Data security and data protection: Protect sensitive data through access controls, encryption and compliance with data protection regulations.
Data compliance and governance: Coordinating and ensuring compliance with governance policies and regulations together with global data governance functions, as well as legal frameworks such as HWG, UWG etc. at local level.

Demonstrate strengths :
Completed degree in economics/IT, natural sciences or business administration or comparable acquired knowledge with a focus on data governance in the pharmaceutical sector
3+ years of project management experience in organizational or process optimization initiatives in a corporate environment with a strong focus on digital and data topics
Comprehensive experience in the areas of data governance and data management, including the tasks, methods, tools and techniques in this area
Basic understanding of data insights, data science & AI platforms (e.g. AWS, PowerBI, Collibra), CRM systems (e.g. Veeva), web, market and real world supply data
Above-average analytical and conceptual skills paired with enthusiasm for implementation and assertiveness
Customer-oriented, independent, structured way of working, strong implementation skills and open-minded with communication skills, even across hierarchical levels and heterogeneous groups of internal colleagues and external employees
Enjoy new working methods and innovative tools
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
