About the job
- Conduct monitoring visits (remote and in the field), as well as start-up and closing visits to study centers in compliance with the Monitoring Plan, company procedures, Good Clinical Practices and local regulations.
- Trains, supports and advises researchers and center staff on issues related to the clinical studies under their responsibility
- Manages the performance of research centers, including data and documentation quality, recruitment engagement, and patient well-being.
- Contributes to the selection of potential researchers.
- Contributes to meetings of national researchers.
- Actively participate in the meetings of the Local Clinical Studies Team.
