Job Description
- Accountabilities:
As a Senior Analyst, you will elicit and co-create high-value digital (analytics) product definitions with customers, represent the user within the GBS Analytics team from product inception to in-life support, and develop a prioritised and implementation-ready roadmap. You will work collaboratively with all stakeholders and contribute to the development of the GBS Analytics value-proposition.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Agile Product Ownership as part of a Scrum team, including Business Analysis
- Customer relationship management
- Clear and effective communication (written, visual and verbal)
- Data literacy
- Ability to grasp technical and organisational concepts rapidly
- Appreciation for visual design and information architecture
- Understanding/experience of software development and its best-practices
- Knowledge of machine-learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience in drug development and the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in a highly-regulated industry
- Coaching skills
