Job Description
Respond to RFQs and prepare ONG customers’ costing and rates.
Develop supply chain solutions for ONG customers.
Analyze and disseminate strategic information to ensure bid process effectiveness.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews with customers.
Set customer SLA’s as per the operational capacities and legal requirements.
Develop contingency management of customer demands.
Makes sure customers SLAs are met.
Reduce service failures to mitigate credit notes.
