Job Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty teas. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment effectively. Maintain a high level of skill in coffee brewing techniques and stay updated on industry trends and new products.
