Reclutador Operativo
Requisitos:
- Lic. RH Administración o afín
- Experiencia de 1 a 2 años
Responsabilidades:
- Atracción de talento
- Entrevistas prefiltro
- Gestión de base de datos
- Programación de exámenes médicos
- Reclutamiento en campo (ocasional)
Conocimientos y Habilidades:
- Reclutamiento y selección
- Entrevistas
- Uso de herramientas de búsqueda
- Uso de redes sociales
- Excelente comunicación
Ofrecemos:
- Prestaciones superiores a las de ley
- Horario de oficina de lunes a viernes
Ubicación:
