Job Description
As a Healthcare Receptionist / Database Manager you ll be the backbone of our client s medical referral system. You ll maintain and optimize a crucial Salesforcebased database of healthcare professionals ensuring patients receive accurate and timely referrals. This role combines database management customer service and healthcare knowledge offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity. You ll interact with medical offices update vital information and support caseworkers in their mission to connect patients with the right specialists. Responsibilities
- Manage and update a comprehensive Salesforce database of medical professionals
- Conduct outbound calls to doctor s offices verifying and updating critical information
- Ensure accuracy of specialist details including subspecialties and insurance acceptance
- Assist in tracking and managing performance feedback for medical professionals
- Provide uptodate information to support caseworkers in patient referrals
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the database management process
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong grasp of medical terminology and various specialties or healthcare / medical experience required
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar database systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and highvolume data entry skills
- Confidence in making professional phone calls to medical offices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
- Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new systems
